Ghaffar's T is the one of a few picnic spots near the city of Dera Ismail Khan. Ghaffar's T is located on the bank of river Indus, ranging 2-3 km from the main road, leading from Dera Ismail Khan to Bhakkar. The name Ghaffar reffers Mr. Ghaffar who has been living and working here as a watchman in the CNW rest house for the last 22 years. The road makes a T shaped end that is why it is called Ghaffar's T.
