Hydroponics / Soilless culture

Hydroponics / Soilless culture is a wonderful tool for those who love gardening but have very little space. Indoor Gardening is a beautiful decoration which provide clean air by removing carbon dioxide, poisonous toxins and pollutants from the air. Hydroponic gardening is efficient, flexible and an easy way of gardening with higher yield and less space required. You do not have to spend lots of money for growing vegetables in your room, garage or basement. No agricultural applications are required like weeding, tillage, cultivation etc. Hydroponically grown vegetables are healthy, vigorous and consistently good.
As the name indicates Hydroponics / Soilless culture is a method of growing plants in water, without soil. Terrestrial plants may be grown with their roots in the mineral nutrient solution only or in an inert medium, such as perlite and gravel. Actually soil itself is not essential to plant growth, it only acts as a mineral reservoir. Plant roots are able to absorb the mineral nutrients dissolved in water. When the required mineral nutrients are introduced into a plant's water supply artificially, soil is no longer required for the plant to thrive. Almost any terrestrial plant will grow with hydroponics.
The extra oxygen in the hydroponic growing mediums helps to stimulate root growth. Plants with ample oxygen in the root system also absorb nutrients faster. In Hydroponics nutrients are mixed with the water and sent directly to the root system. The plant does not have to develop a large root system in search of required nutrients. So the hydroponic plants require very little energy to meet the required minerals and spend more energy growing the part above the surface and so grow bigger and faster. This saved energy results in faster growth and better yield.
Hydroponic pot:
Each Hydroponics Pot System extension has assembled plumbing, top & bottom pots &  horseshoe drippers. These hydroponics auto pots will allow hydroponics growers to pack a maximum number of plants without over-crowding, leaving enough room to grow large, bushy plants with lush root systems.

Vermiculite or rockwool:
Vermiculite is used as a growing medium as well as a soil amendment. Vermiculite retains water and is usually used in a mix with perlite when used in hydroponics.
Plastic cup with holes:
Take the plastic cups cut holes into them to suspend the plants into the hydroponic pot.

Bubbler:
Bubbler is a water culture system, meaning that your plants will be sitting directly on a pool of well oxygenated water, mixed with nutrient solutions.

Pump:
Nutrient tank circulation pumps are to keep your nutrient reservoir moving and well mixed.
Hydroponic Solution:
Hydroponic nutrients solutions are added to your indoor garden's water supply at a certain ratio. The ideal concentration for your hydroponic solution is about 150-600 parts per million (ppm). Too little use can make your plants weaker and underfed while too much use can burn the plants and even kill them. Be careful in applying hydroponic solutions because different plants have different requirements.
pH test kit:
pH control is important to stimulate vigorous plant growth. Too high (basic), or too low (acidic), Nutrient solution cannot be properly absorbed by plants. 5.6 to 6.5 (for most plants), is the ideal pH range, This pH range will result in faster growth rates, higher yield.
