The First Wednesday of the February is National Signing Day. National Signing Day for high school students. There’s no obligation for them to do anything, but for the first time, they can sign legally-binding Letters of Intent. Students might be verbally committed, but that doesn’t mean anything until that letter is signed. After all, with all of the coaching changes we’ve seen, some students might be reconsidering their first picks.
